What’s the premise that’s going to have an acquisitions editor sit up and take notice? What’s the story concept that’s going to make readers lunge for the buy button, stand in line to buy the print edition, camp outside the theater waiting in the cold for the film adaptation to hit the movie screens? Nobody knows for sure, but here’s a workshop that can give you ideas on figuring out what’s going to work for what you write and how to work into the story that every editor and agent will pant to buy.
