Contest coordinators do not read the entries and rely on authors to self-identify possible triggers/content that readers might find unsettling or objectionable. The coordinators will review the trigger/content warnings on the entry prior to being sent to the judge. If the judge identifies triggers/content they had not previously recognized as problematic for them, or if the entrant failed to identify triggers/content the judge identifies as problematic, the coordinators request the entry be returned in lieu of another entry.
