About the Instructor:

I am a writer, teacher, writing coach, and mentor. I have over fifteen years of teaching experience and have worked as a writing coach and mentor for over a decade.

I have a BS and master’s in education and am a certified coach.

In the past, I’ve worked at three online publishers as an editor in various capacities.

I’ve published short stories, poetry, and articles online and in print. I’m currently working on two fiction projects (novels).

I live in Fredericksburg, VA with my seven-year-old special needs dog, Franklin.
